En este juego asumirás el papel de un poderoso Mentapol, un policía del pensamiento del partido único Ingsoc, y tu objetivo será aumentar el poder del partido controlando a los habitantes de Londres. Ten en cuenta que tus compañeros Mentapoles también están compitiendo por el poder, y si Winston Smith alcanza el País Dorado, tu destino será la terrible Habitación 101. El Ingsoc te premiará con Puntos de Victoria según alcances los objetivos del juego. El Mentapol con más PV al final de la partida será proclamado vencedor.
